Down below is the map of the Compensation Plan.
On each of these phases you have some qualification requests or conditions.
When you accomplish specific conditions you are entitled to get commissions on specific levels and also
on specific generations according to what you read on the table of the Compensation Plan.
Any compensation plan is paying you based on the turnover that you’ve generated all over the world.

For this reason we have to set a unique currency called PV (Point Value).
1PV equals aprox 0.5eur which means that a product that values 10PV equals 5EUR in Germany and 25 RON in Romania.
First thing is to understand the two phases of the career path.
Depending on the monthly turnover calculated in point value (PV) you reach in the beginning a higher procentage of commission starting from 3% up to 21% and afterwards you help your downlines to reach the highest procentage of commissions (the 21%) for which you’ll receive additional leadership bonuses starting from 7% up to 10%.

BONUS FROM THE DIFFERENCE
personal volume: 100pv x 21% = 21pv
first group: 2.000pv x 10% = 200pv
second group: 9.000pv x 5% = 450pv
third group: 900pv x 15% = 135pv
TOTAL = 706pv ~ 350eur
commission.
BONUS FOR DEVELOPING LEADERS
personal volume: 100pv x 21% = 21pv
first group: 12.000pv x 7% = 840pv
second group: 20.000pv x 7.5% = 1.500pv
third group: 30.000pv x 7.5% = 2.250pv
TOTAL = 4.611pv ~ 2,305.50eur
On each of these phases you have some qualification requests or conditions. When you accomplish specific conditions you are entitled to get commissions on specific levels and also on specific generations (downline leaders’ group turnover) according to the Compensation Plan below.
